Pawhub.vn is the first AI assistant for pets in Vietnam. We collect information to provide a personalized experience for your pet. Data types include:

In compliance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, we process data for the following purposes:

• Generating AI health insights and nutritional recommendations.
• Sending automated reminders for vaccinations and grooming schedules.
• Improving our AI algorithms.
• Connecting you with local veterinary services.

3. Processing of Sensitive Personal Data

We process your pet’s Medical Records, which are considered Sensitive Personal Data under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.

• Safeguards: We employ enhanced encryption and restrict access to protect these records.
• Consent: Providing your pet’s medical records is considered your explicit consent for us to process this data for health assistance purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your pet’s medical records and your personal information.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your data. We may share information with:

• Veterinary Clinics: Only when you explicitly request a booking or referral.
• Legal Authorities: When required by Vietnamese law.
