Pawhub.vn is the first AI assistant for pets in Vietnam. By accessing and using PawHub.vn services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

2. Nature of Service (AI Disclaimer)

• Assistant Only: PawHub provides health monitoring and recommendations powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). We are not licensed veterinarians.
• No Medical Diagnosis (Veterinary-Client Relationship): Use of the AI application does not establish a formal veterinary-client relationship. All recommendations are for informational purposes only.
• Emergency Situations: The platform should not be used in life-threatening emergencies. Users must consult a professional veterinarian for official diagnosis and treatment.
• Accuracy and Algorithm Updates: While we strive for accuracy, PawHub does not guarantee that AI-generated advice is error-free, and such recommendations may change as the AI algorithm is updated or as new veterinary data becomes available.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your pet’s health.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities or data scraping.

4. External Service Providers

PawHub recommends third-party clinics and products. We are not liable for the quality of service, medical outcomes, or products purchased from these third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, PawHub.vn and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
